The declared price of the property does not include the VOTCHINA commission and state transaction costs (local tax, notary fees and the tax for making changes to the unified register of the owner's rights of the Registration Agency), which, together with bank commissions, translation services are made in different communities (districts) a total of 3% to 4.5% of the value of the property.
